Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Purple

Madison's experiment was discovering how one color can be made from other colors.

Matthew seemed very interested with all the projects and even tested some out with Daddy.

Madison explained her experiment to the Scientist and received a certificate.

Matthew learned how a Volcano erupts by putting a spoonful of baking soda in the Volcano and pouring water on it.

Madison demonstrated her experiment to Daddy by using one of his white coffee filters and coloring spots on it with colored markers. Then she used an eye dropper and put 2-3 drops of water on each color. After letting it dry she was able to determine what colors were used to make the marker.

Getting ready to set up.

Learning how paper airplanes are made.

Madison performed a test flight down the hall.

EUH!!!

Euh is what we kept hearing while the teacher dissected this cow eye.

have you ever seen a bag of eyes? Hee! Hee!

So this is when the sticky, gooey, slimy, yucky stuff starts and they actually like it.

Madison wasn't too sure at first about touching but she eventually joined in.

We're finished!

saw this quilt on Sears.com and loved the advertisements

I can use a Gasprin!

Now with his shelves on the wall we can put his "just for looks" up so he won't break them.

Matthew's room turned out great after 4 coats of paint on each wall. We framed his lithographs and decorated with the Disney's Cars theme. Matthew loves it and stays in his own bed most of the time. Every once in a while he will persuade Daddy to stay and sleep with him. It doesn't work with me.

Valentine's Day

We spent our Valentine's with our little Valentines. First we went to see Hotel for Dogs and the kids loved it. Madison would laugh so hard that sometimes you could hear it echo through her belly. Love those belly laughs. Then we took them to the Main Event so they could play games and win tickets for prizes. I think they enjoyed the race car games the most. Matthew had a great time riding on the video roller coaster. It actually blew wind in your face and moved around while you watched the screen in front of you. We tried to take them out to dinner at Joe's crab shack but the wait was 45 min and Matthew probably wouldn't of waited 5 min. So we went home and ate left over pizza that we made the night before. We ended the evening with a dark chocolate fondue from CM. Tangelo's are the best with dark chocolate. Matthew looks like he had the most and Madison didn't even try the fondue. What is wrong with this kid? She definitely doesn't take after her mama when it comes to sweets. Well, hopefully I won't have to worry to much about her teeth.

Try not to focus in on that mess in the background and turn off playlist music to hear.
